Called Water Heater Pros this morning. They were out by the afternoon. Great communication with the office and our technician Valentin. Both called to let me know when they would be at the house and Valentin was on time. Valentin's work was excellent. He was very professional and left the work area cleaner than he found it. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I had a great experience with Steve who came quickly to inspect our 7-year-old water heater after it started leaking gas. It appeared that there was a recall on that model and he worked with the manufacturer to get the replacement parts. This took him a few days of back and forth with the manufacturer as the delivery was constantly delayed. I really appreciated Steve's continuous effort to get the parts for us as quickly as possible. Once the parts arrived he came in the morning to do the repair. Our water heater is now good to go for many more years.

Great customer service and excellent communication. We had our old gas tank water heater replaced with a gas tankless water heater. Steve was knowledgeable and professional and explained every step and option to me. The install staff was professional, called ahead, and cleaned up ok when they were finished. Would use them again for future water heater needs.
